About Circus after Dark

Circus After Dark is a fully owned subsidiary of Circus After Dark Productions, Inc.

The company was first incorporated in 1979 during the filming of the cult favorite film, Circus After Dark. This was the Melonosky Brothers first film completed when they were still at Forest Park Elementary School. C After D,tells the heartbreaking story of an alcoholic bearded lady. A troubled performer in a third rate circus.

Today, Circus After Dark Productions, Inc. is a global multi-media juggernaut that has produced award winning television, blockbuster movies, comedy websites and profitable pornogr@phy.

The Melonosky Brothers continue to run the company into the ground. Dave Melonosky, who memorably portrayed the bearded lady (garnering himself an Independent Spirit award and a guest spot on Columbo), is the CEO and head bottle washer. Jay Melonosky, the director of Circus After Dark, who will always be remembered as the hilarious character known only as "The Cop," is the CFO and first assistant bottle washer. Baby brother Bob Melonosky is the Art Director. He was too young to appear on screen during the filming but did occasionally run upstairs for donuts and heroically stepped into the duties of the Best Boy Fluffer when Brian Luckingham pulled a hammy.
